After Hours Emergencies
Dr Hirt is always available to treat eye emergencies such as infections, eye pain, foreign matter in the eye or sudden vision loss. If your emergency occurs after hours, simply call our office at (614) 431-2099 or (614) 575-2020 and you will be given directions on how to reach Dr. Hirt.

What is an Eye Emergency?
  • Sudden vision loss
  • Sudden or prolonged blurred vision
  • Eye pain
  • Light sensitivity, which is greater than usual
  • Mucus discharge or matting
  • Double vision of sudden onset
  • Flashes of light
  • Excessive burning or itching
